Training for careers in the automotive industry in electromobility

The aim of the Electro’Mob project is to develop a sustainable electromobility sector in the Hauts-de-France region by combining industrial innovation and academic excellence to meet the challenges of the energy transition.

This project is funded by France 2030 as part of the ‘ Skills and Jobs of Tomorrow ’ (SJT) call for expressions of interest, which was launched in 2021.

The Electro’Mob consortium

The Electro’Mob project, initiated by the Plateforme de la Filière Automobile (PFA), is a key initiative for the future of the Hauts-de-France region, bringing together academic, industrial and institutional stakeholders.

Supported by a consortium led by GIP FCIP de Lille this project aims to structure and develop a complete value chain for the production of electric and hybrid vehicles in the region.

The Electro’Mob project draws on a network of 4 IUTs in the Hauts-de-France region (Lille, Béthune, Valenciennes, Littoral-Côte d'Opale), representing a wide range of industrial and academic skills tailored to the needs of gigafactories.
