Becoming a benchmark university for transitions

The University of Lille aims to become a benchmark for transitions. To achieve this, it is placing the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the heart of its strategy.

An in-depth analysis has enabled the identification of 7 priority SDGs that correspond to regional issues and for which the Lille site has great potential in terms of knowledge creation and dissemination. In addition to the research it supports, the University of Lille intends to accredit 7 chairs focusing on a particular topic area , which will provide a platform for showcasing its commitment to transitions within our society, in line with the sustainable development goals it has set itself.
